Depending on your shipping method:
For USA Orders:
Typically 1-2 days of processing and shipping then depending on your shipping method selected, 1-4 days of shipping of USPS.
If your order is taking longer than 7 days to arrive, please contact us. And we will respond at the earliest convience.
For Canada Orders:
Typically 5-10 days. But can vary due to customs and your local shipping.
If your order is taking longer than 10 days to arrive, please contact us. And we will respond at the earliest convience.
Preorder's are figures that have not been released yet.
When you preorder a figure from Anime Anything, we have already secured the stock needed to fufill your order. You are able to recieve first orders before the item sells out and as soon as it arrives into our inventory.
Japan release dates: Japan has it's own release date for figures, but it can take up to 1-4 months to actually arrive in the U.S.A from Japan. If a figure is delayed due to high volume orders, we will alert you about your order via email.
Preorders typically take between 1-3 months after Japan's release date. We will have list an estimated shipping arrival based on our calculations.
NOTE: This is just an estimate and should not be considered set in stone. It could be much earlier, or later depending on the volume and manufacturers conditions.
Anime Anything prides itself on authentic, and real product. All of our anime figures come from Japanese manufacturers, although some Japanese-made figures can be outsourced to China for producing purposes, the quality remains the same.
We do NOT sell bootleg figures. Bootleg figures are low-quality, cheap, and questionably made as to undercut the artists who make beautiful figures.
Shipping costs depend on the option selected, and your located country.
For USA orders:
$6 for Economy & $15 for Rushed Shipping.
Orders over $50 have FREE SHIPPING.
For Canada orders:
$15 for shipping
Orders over $150 have FREE SHIPPING.
All other countries:
$35 for shipping
To request a refund:
Contact us via filling out the contact form. Be sure to put the following information so we can better help you:

- Phone Number
- Proof of purchase (Virtual reciept / Order #)
- Reason for the refund
After your refund request is approved (Typically 1 business day), you will recieve a return slip to ship back to us.
Note: Refunds are free and you will not have to pay any fee for most cirumstances.

For orders in the United States, anything over $50 will qualify you for free shipping.
For orders in Canada, orders over $150 will qualify you for free shipping.
